About Me

My name is Tina Buttram. I am a 1987 graduate of Scott High School. I attended Roane State Community College where I entered the 2+2 Tennessee Tech University program to obtain my degree in elementary education (K-6). I added the endorsements of (4-8) middle school and Special Education Modified (K-12). I later received my masters from Western Governors University in Curriculum and Instruction.

I began teaching at the Oneida Elementary School in 2014 and taught science there for three years. I added high school English to my teaching license, and I began teaching at Oneida High School in 2018. I currently teach English I, II, III &  IV.  I love teaching here in the high school!

My Goal:

I want to see all my students succeed and achieve the life long goals that they wish to obtain. I want to help give my students the education that is required for them to meet these goals. I treat each of my students as I have my own children. I encourage and support them as they find the path that will be most beneficial to them as they later grow their family. I look forward to teaching your children and I encourage communication throughout their high school career.
